Accountancy Sales Agent

If so, then we are looking for someone like you! We are fast growing our call centre in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us on a good basic salary plus commission!

The role

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver new acquisition business opportunities through targeted market making activities and prospect to sale management, selling the full range of marketing services

The successful candidate will genuinely care about our customers’ needs, and will ensure that every client is treated as a partner. Whilst the preference is that the successful candidate will have sales, other candidates would be considered if they have a passion and knowledge of B2B sales, an open attitude towards learning, proven tenacity and a willingness to work extremely hard.


• Implement the company’s sales strategy.
• Understand and develop relationships.
• Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Actively generate new customers through outbound calls.
• Develop and self-generate leads using numerous methods.
• Achieve assigned activity goals and other defined KPI targets.
• Develop and manage a customer pipeline using CRM.
• Actively adhere to business processes and performance management process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerically accurate.
• Organized and able to multitask administratively Good time management.
• Problem solver and proactive team player, and able to work on their own.
• Excellent time management and project management skills (effectively and efficiently).

• Confidently and professionally communicate at all levels and liaise with managers and clients.
• Be enthusiastic with a positive can do and will do attitude.
• A proactive individual who is self-motivated and able to fit well with a busy team.
• Desire to succeed.

Qualities Desired
• Own once trained (not in need of constant micro-managing)
• Responsible and mature conduct.
• Previous experience in a similar role within outbound B2B.
